Equipment Options
Prozone offers stand alone ozone generators and
integrated water treatment packages which only require the end-user to connect
power, water in/out, and off-gas venting: true turn-key solutions.
Customization is available for most applications.
Ozone Generators
Vacuum
Ultraviolet Systems: Prozone’s commercial grade PZ2 vacuum ultraviolet
ozonators were introduced in 1983. These systems are ideal for closed-loop
systems and can frequently be used in place of corona discharge systems.
Hybrid VUV Systems: Unique upgrade to VUV arc tubes were patented
in 1997.
Corona
Discharge: Prozone’s designs for corona discharge systems offer a modular
design in a low cost package.
Hybrid VUV-Corona Systems: Prozone has the
capability to provide unique combinations of VUV and corona discharge systems.
Contact Systems
• Prozone
can provide a variety of options for ozone contacting systems to meet the
applications requirements. Options include our patented venturi injector,
degassing systems, contact loops, and specialty designs.
